目前,市售大黄存在许多土大黄等混乱品种。正品大黄中不含土大黄甙(Rhaponticin),而土大黄中含有土大黄甙,故多以土大黄甙的存在与否进行鉴别大黄的真伪。土大黄甙有致腹痛作用,通常作为兽药及化工原料。本文的土大黄甙薄层扫描检测方法快速准确,可以作为检出大黄药材及牛黄解毒片中土大黄的方法。牛黄解毒片由大黄等八味中药组成,我们对选自全国各地18个省市大中小厂家的牛黄解毒片,进行了薄层扫描法检测土大黄甙的研究,方法简便可行。
At present, there are many chaotic varieties such as rhubarb in the market of rhubarb. Authentic rhubarb does not contain rhaponticin (Rhaponticin), while rhubarb contains rhubarb, so it is often used to discriminate the authenticity of rhubarb. Tubalum has caused abdominal pain, usually as a veterinary drug and chemical raw materials. The thin-layer scan detection method of T. astragalus in this paper is rapid and accurate, and it can be used as a method to detect Rhubarb in rhubarb medicinal materials and Niuhuangjiedu tablets. Niuhuang Jiedu Tablet consists of rhubarb and other Chinese herbal medicines. We conducted a thin-layer scanning method to detect Niuhuang Jiedu Tablets selected from large, medium and small manufacturers in 18 provinces and cities across the country. The method is simple and feasible.
