CZ450型测量仪是成都工具研究所开发的测量齿轮整体误差的最新一代仪器。它采用了该研究所首创的“齿轮单面啮合整体误差测量技术”。这项技术曾获中国国家创造发明二等奖。齿轮整体误差测量技术在我国发展、推广、使用已有二十多年历史,取得了满意的效果。目前,这项技术在国际上正得到采用。该仪器利用一种特殊的测量蜗杆与被测齿轮作单面啮合传动(如图所示),在齿轮连续回转过程中快速地测得齿轮各单项误差和由各单项误差组成的齿轮综合误差。也可使用一种专用测头,测量齿向误差。 CZ450仪器由硬体和软件组成。硬体包括主机、80386计算机、绘图仪及其附件;而汉化模块化
CZ450-type measuring instrument is developed by Chengdu Institute of Tooling to measure the overall error of gear the latest generation of instruments. It uses the Institute’s first “single-sided gear meshing error measurement technology.” This technology won the second prize of invention creation of China. Gear error measurement technology in our country development, promotion, the use of more than 20 years of history, and achieved satisfactory results. At present, this technology is being adopted internationally. The instrument uses a special measuring worm and the measured gear for single-sided meshing transmission (as shown), rapid measurement of gear in the process of continuous rotation of each individual error and the individual errors of the gear error.
