急于求成的人倾向于把自己设计得像兔子一样看到捷径就抄最近,美国麻省理工斯隆管理学院院长莱斯特·卢梭在其新著《知识经济时代》里提出,21世纪企业成功元素已经由土地、黄金、石油转为除文化和数码之外的另一个极其重要的元素——设计。也就是说,设计概念已由物件造型和视觉美感等层面上得到新的升华,渗入了企业管理更广阔的领域,包含了市场、生产、采购、物料等更加广泛的范畴了。这一提示,不由激活了我对管理的一个新认识。
