女大学生体育兴趣的培养一直是高校体育课的一个重要目标,女大学生由于生理、心理上的原因,体育锻炼兴趣不高,不利于终身体育观的形成,本文主要以辽宁警官高等专科学校的女大学生为研究对象进行调查研究,通过问卷调查指出了当前女大学生体育兴趣不高的原因,并提出了一些培养女大学生体育兴趣的意见,希望为女大学生体育兴趣的培养提供一些借鉴。
The cultivation of female students ’PE interest has always been an important goal of physical education in colleges and universities. Because of their physiological and psychological reasons, the female students’ interest in physical exercise is not high and not conducive to the formation of lifelong physical education. This paper mainly focuses on the female students in Liaoning police academy The investigation and study of undergraduates are carried out. Through questionnaire survey, the reasons why female students are less interested in sports are pointed out. Some opinions on cultivating the interest of female undergraduates in sports are put forward. Some suggestions are put forward for the cultivation of female students’ interest in sports.
