本文报道了β-[3-(二甲胺基)亚甲胺基-2,4,6-三碘苯]丙酸钠的微分脉冲极谱法研究.在pH7.0Britton-Robinson缓冲液中,该化合物产生两个灵敏的阴极波,峰电位分别为-0.46和-0.65V(vs.1MKCl Ag-AgCl电极),第一波波形较好,波高与浓度在5.0×10~(-7)~5.0×10~(-5)M范围内具有良好的线性关系.本文对极谱波性质、反应机理和电极反应过程作了探讨,并提出了一个简便、快速、准确的分析方法.
In this paper, the differential pulse polarography study of sodium β- [3- (dimethylamino) methylene-2,4,6-triiodobenzene] propionate has been reported.In pH 7.0 Britton-Robinson buffer, The compound produced two sensitive cathodic waves with peak potentials of -0.46 and -0.65V (vs.1MKCl Ag-AgCl electrode) respectively. The first wave was good with wave height and concentration of 5.0 × 10 ~ (-7) ~ 5.0 × 10 ~ (-5) M. In this paper, the properties of polarographic wave, reaction mechanism and electrode reaction process were discussed, and a simple, rapid and accurate analytical method was proposed.
