人民银行县(市)支行作为经理国库的基层组织机构,在促进国家预算执行和支持县域经济发展等方面发挥了重要作用。但随着国库业务的快速发展,县(市)支行国库人员现状与全面经理国库履职要求的矛盾日益突出。本文以安徽省全辖60个县(市)支行及其384名在职国库干部为调查对象,力求全面反映目前县(市)支行国库人员状况及面临的主要问题,并探索“十三五”时期县(市)支行国库人才队伍建设可行性路径。
