研究目的:京九线作为我国南北运输的主要通道,在路网中的作用举足轻重。对京九线实施电气化改造,进而提高全线的通过能力,进一步适应客货运输的发展需求,提高铁路在运输市场的综合竞争力。研究方法:从京九线电气化改造对提高既有运输能力;在我国中东部大能力南北向铁路运输通道体系的战略意义;助推东部地区电化成网,充分发挥路网效应,实现铁路跨越式发展;延伸铁路客运专线网络触角;降低铁路运营成本、提高铁路经营效益;贯彻我国能源政策,实施可持续发展战略等6个方面的深入探讨,论证京九线电化改造的可行性和必要性。研究结论:京九铁路现有运输能力和服务质量均不能适应研究年度客货运输发展的要求,必须对其进行电气化改造,应及早实施。
Research purposes: The Beijing-Jiuxian line, as the main corridor for transportation between North and South China, plays a decisive role in the road network. The electrification of the Beijing-Kowloon Railway will be implemented to further enhance the capacity of passing the entire line to further meet the development needs of passenger and freight transport and to enhance the overall competitiveness of the railway in the transport market. Research methods: from the electrification of the Beijing-Kowloon Railway to improving the existing transport capacity; the strategic significance of the north-south rail transport corridor system in the central and eastern parts of China; boosting the electrification into the network in the eastern part of the country, giving full play to the road network effect and realizing the railway leapfrogging Development; extend the antennae of railway passenger dedicated line network; reduce railway operation costs and improve railway management efficiency; carry out in-depth discussions on implementing China’s energy policy and implementing the strategy of sustainable development, and demonstrate the feasibility and necessity of the electrification transformation of the Beijing-Kowloon Railway. Research conclusions: The existing transport capacity and service quality of the Beijing-Kowloon Railway can not meet the requirements of the development of passenger and freight transport for the study year. They must be electrified and should be implemented as soon as possible.
