我们现在所知道的周作人和真实的周作人是有很大距离的,虽然周作人的散文选本随处可见,但这些选本大部分都只选周作人回忆故乡风物,谈茶论酒,恬淡闲适,平和超脱的小品文,与那个充满苦难、浩劫和杀戮的年代仿佛没有任何关系,那个周作人似乎一辈子都是呆在书斋里品味着醇厚的苦茶,最后是做日本人的华北教育督办,坐国民党的老虎桥监狱,靠回忆鲁迅吃饭。张菊香女士编的《周作人散文选集》(百花文艺出版社1987年6月出版)则选取了
