目的:探讨医养结合模式下失能老人照护需求。方法:随机抽签选取永州市某社区,按照Barthel指数评定量表对120名失能老人进行等级评定;并以自制问卷调查表对其进行照护需求研究;并在研究基顾上,提出一些初步建议。结果:轻度失能老人需求项目较少,需求率相对较低,偏于睡眠环境设置(90.8%);中度失能老人照护需求中需求项目多于轻度失能老人,从三个基本照料指标观察,偏于用物整理(88.8%)、血压测量(94.4%)、读书看报(80.3%);重度失能老人照护需求均多于前两个等级,各方面需求较高。结论:失能老人照护需求因失能程度而存在差异,需按照该区社区资源及具体情况给予科学配置。
Objective: To explore the care needs of disabled elders under the mode of combination of medical treatment and nursing. Methods: A random selection of a community in Yongzhou City, according to Barthel index rating scale for 120 disabled elderly grading; and self-made questionnaire for their care needs; and based on the study, put forward some preliminary recommendations . Results: The number of elderly with mild disabilities was less than that with mild disabilities, the demand rate was relatively low, which was lower than that of the sleep environment (90.8%). The demand of the elderly with disabilities was more than that of the elderly with mild disabilities, (88.8%), blood pressure measurement (94.4%) and reading newspaper (80.3%). The demand of care for the elderly with severe disability was higher than the first two grades, with higher demands in all aspects. Conclusion: The disability elderly care needs vary due to the degree of disability, and the scientific allocation should be given in accordance with the community resources and the specific conditions of the district.
