原联邦德国一直被称为欧洲经济增长的火车头。但两德统一尤其是进入90年代以来,这种说法遭到了怀疑。本文综合考察了德国东部重建和德国对前苏联、东欧采取的经济政策所取得的客观效果,从德国经济调整已经完成并步入增长的轨道、统一的德国减缓和推迟了西欧经济的衰退、德国的"东进政策"对中东欧经济转轨的作用三个方面证明,统一的德国仍是欧洲经济增长的火车头。
The former Federal Republic of Germany has long been known as the engine of economic growth in Europe. However, this statement has been doubted since the reunification of the two German countries, especially since the 90s. This article examines the objective effects of the reconstruction of eastern Germany and Germany on the economic policies adopted by the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. From the fact that the German economic readjustment has been completed and has entered the track of growth, a unified Germany has slowed down and postponed the economic recession in Western Europe. Germany, The “East Progressive Policy” has proved to three aspects that the unified Germany is still the locomotive of economic growth in Europe.
