企业制度创新与规范化 ,必须建立在了解现有制度的特点及其存在问题的基础上。成都市企业制度具有公司制占据重要地位、国企公司制改造全面推进、合伙等企业处于补充地位等特点 ;同时也存在着经济社会条件尚未完全具备、国有企业公司制改造困难重重、公司制度形似神异、企业制度体系组成过于单一等问题。作者通过对企业制度的全新思考 ,对成都市企业制度创新与规范化提出了建议 :发展有利于建立与完善现代企业制度的社会经济条件 ;拓展国有企业公司制改造的新思路 ,建立多元现代企业制度体系 ;公司制度要形神兼具。
The innovation and standardization of the enterprise system must be based on the understanding of the characteristics of the existing system and its existing problems. Through a brand-new thinking on the enterprise system, the author puts forward suggestions on the innovation and standardization of the enterprise system in Chengdu: to develop the social and economic conditions conducive to establishing and perfecting the modern enterprise system; to develop new ideas for the reform of the state-owned enterprise system and to establish a pluralistic modern enterprise system System; company system should both form and spirit.
