目的:探讨腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张合并高原红细胞增多症的治疗经验。方法:对我院2010年1月—2014年7月应用英国DIOMED激光治疗大隐静脉曲张合并高原红细胞增多症47例(55条肢体)治疗资料进行分析。结果:47例患者均治愈,术后均无深静脉血栓形成,术后随访6个月无复发。结论:利用腔内激光治疗高原红细胞增多症合并大隐静脉曲张,正确的术前、术后处理可明显降低深静脉血栓的发生率,具有手术时间短、恢复快、效果明显、美观、近期及中期疗效较好的优点。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic experience of endovascular laser treatment of saphenous vein varicosity combined with high altitude polycythemia. Methods: The data of 47 cases (55 limbs) treated with DIOMED laser in England from January 2010 to July 2014 were analyzed. Results: All the 47 patients were cured. There was no deep vein thrombosis after operation. No recurrence was found after 6 months of follow - up. Conclusion: Intra-art laser treatment of high altitude polycythemia complicated with saphenous vein, the correct preoperative and postoperative treatment can significantly reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis, with short operative time, rapid recovery, the effect is obvious, the recent and Mid-term efficacy of better advantages.
