随着世界各国经济技术飞速发展,能源消耗迅速增长,环境问题越发突出,能源与环保成为人类面临的两大难题。能源既是人类生存及社会发展的重要资源又是制约经济社会可持续发展的重要因素。全球气候问题制约着经济的发展,发展低碳经济对于一个发展中国家来说更加重要。作为国民经济的支柱产业之一,建筑能耗的状况成为了牵动社会经济发展全局的大问题,因此加强建筑节能工作刻不容缓。建筑实质性节能,提高建筑能效,是发展低碳经济,实现绿色建筑的根本手段。
With the rapid economic and technological development in all countries in the world, the rapid growth of energy consumption and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent. Energy and environmental protection have become two major problems facing mankind. Energy is not only an important resource for human survival and social development, but also an important factor that restricts the sustainable development of economy and society. The global climate problem restricts economic development and developing a low-carbon economy is even more important to a developing country. As one of the pillar industries of the national economy, the status of building energy consumption has become a major issue that affects the overall social and economic development. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen building energy conservation. Substantial energy-saving buildings, improve building energy efficiency, is the development of low-carbon economy, the fundamental means of green building.
