统计工作是医院科学管理的重要组成部分,与医院的生存与发展息息相关,对提高医护质量和领导科学决策具有重要作用。 我院是本地区唯一一家三级甲等医院,拥有750张床位,是本地区医、教、研中心。随着医院的不断发展,我院对统计工作已越来越重视,如今,我院统计工作已全面实行微机化管理,对统计人员的专业培训已经规范化,统计工作人员都具有较高的专业素质,统计工作在医院分级管理过程中发挥着重要作用。
Statistical work is an important part of hospital scientific management, closely related to the survival and development of hospitals, and plays an important role in improving the quality of medical care and leading scientific decisions. Our hospital is the only tertiary hospital in the region and has 750 beds. It is a center for medicine, teaching and research in the region. With the continuous development of the hospital, our institute has paid more and more attention to statistics. Today, the statistical work in our institute has been fully implemented computerized management, professional training for statisticians has been standardized, and statistical staff have high professional qualities. Statistical work plays an important role in the hospital’s hierarchical management process.
