为了探讨经X-刀治疗后脑胶质瘤中PCNA和p53基因表达的变化,作者采用组织免疫组化ABC法,检测36例经X-刀治疗后脑胶质瘤和30例对照组的标本,分别计算增殖细胞核抗原标记率(PCNA-LI)和p53基因表达标记率(p53-LI)。结果表明,治疗组的PCNA-LI明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组的p53-LI明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组内PCNA与p53基因的表达均呈显著性正相关关系。作者认为,PCNA和p53基因的表达可作为脑胶质瘤对放射敏感性和恶性程度的标志之一。
To investigate the changes of PCNA and p53 gene expression in brain glioma after X-knife treatment, the authors used tissue-immunohistochemical ABC method to detect 36 cases of glioma after X-knife treatment and 30 cases of control group, respectively. The proliferating cell nuclear antigen labeling rate (PCNA-LI) and the p53 gene expression labeling rate (p53-LI) were calculated. The results showed that the PCNA-LI of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The p53-LI of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); PCNA and p53 in the treatment and control groups. Gene expression showed a significant positive correlation. The authors believe that the expression of PCNA and p53 gene can be used as one of the hallmarks of gliomas for radiosensitivity and malignancy.
