目的探讨雷米芬太尼抑制气管插管引起的应激反应的合适剂量.方法全麻下行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者60例,ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ级,按雷米芬太尼剂量不同分为三组:Ⅰ组1 μg/kg,Ⅱ组2μg/kg,Ⅲ组3μg/kg;各组均复合咪唑安定0.2 mg/kg静注,意识消失后给予1.5 mg/kg琥珀胆碱行气管插管,插管成功后行机械通气.监测血液动力学变化以及血中儿茶酚胺浓度,对所得数据进行统计学分析.结果Ⅱ、Ⅲ组均能有效抑制气管插管引起的应激反应,但Ⅲ组大多数患者出现严重低血压和心动过缓.结论2 μg/kg国产雷米芬太尼能够有
