针对传统视觉装配机械手定位中的图像匹配速度慢,计算量大,定位精度低等特点,为了提高装配机械手的定位速度和精度,通过对数字图像匹配的数学推导,对传统图像匹配算法进行了改进,并采用细分像的亚像匹配技术,实验结果表明该方法能够快速、准确地对装配机械手进行定位。
