我国国有企业中传统的薪酬管理制度不仅不利于人才的培养,还阻碍了国有企业的发展。岗位评价技术被应用到国有企业薪酬管理中,不仅可以保证国有企业的薪酬分配趋向合理化,还有利于激发员工的工作热情,促使员工提高自身的工作能力,从而促进国有企业的健康发展。因此,国有企业单位要加强在薪酬管理中对于岗位评价技术的探索和应用。
The traditional salary management system in state-owned enterprises in our country not only hinders the cultivation of qualified personnel, but also hinders the development of state-owned enterprises. Job evaluation technology is applied to the state-owned enterprise salary management, not only to ensure that the distribution of state-owned enterprises tend to rationalize the pay, but also conducive to motivating staff enthusiasm and encourage staff to improve their ability to work to promote the healthy development of state-owned enterprises. Therefore, the state-owned enterprise units should strengthen the exploration and application of job evaluation technology in the salary management.
