目前,我国理论界在讨论产品差别问题时,比较多地是从微观的角度来考察的,也就是说,把产品差别看作是企业参与市场角逐的非价格竞争的手段,是处于竞争中的以利润最大化为目标的企业其经营活动的一个重要内容。然而在广义上,产品差别的意义远不止于此。产品差别不仅是企业的经营策略问题,而且更重要的,它亦是影响产业市场结构和产业集中度的要素之一。因此,在考察我国产业市场结构,进而研究如何使产业组织逐步走向合理化问
At present, when our country’s theoretical circles discuss the issue of product differentiation, they are mostly examined from a microscopic perspective. That is to say, product differentiation is seen as a means of non-price competition in which companies participate in the market and is in competition. An important content of the business activities of a company that aims to maximize profits. However, in the broad sense, the significance of product differentiation goes far beyond that. The product difference is not only the business strategy problem of the company, but more importantly, it is also one of the factors that affect the structure of the industrial market and the degree of industrial concentration. Therefore, after examining the structure of China’s industrial market, we will study how to gradually rationalize industrial organizations.
