关于心电图U波形成的原因学说各异,仍在探讨中。形成机制尚未明了,但已被认识到的是:U波是在T波之后0.02~0.04秒出现的与T波方向一致的小回波,与T波一样是心室肌复极所产生的波形。经过多年的临床观察发现,在心肌缺血时U波可降低,双向、消失、倒置。常见原因多为器质性心脏病,如冠心病、高血压病及瓣膜病、先心病和肺心病。同时伴有其它心电图异常,而其中最密切的是缺血性心脏病。
On the formation of U wave ECG theory varies, still under discussion. The mechanism of formation is unclear, but it has been recognized that the U wave is a small echo that coincides with the T wave in the 0.02 to 0.04 second period after the T wave and, like the T wave, the waveform produced by ventricular repolarization. After years of clinical observation found that U wave can be reduced in myocardial ischemia, two-way, disappeared, inverted. Common causes are mostly organic heart disease, such as coronary heart disease, hypertension and valvular disease, congenital heart disease and pulmonary heart disease. At the same time with other ECG abnormalities, but the most intimate is ischemic heart disease.
