狗街公社召开水利代表会议的经验告诉我们,处理有关群众利益的任何问题,必须与群众商量,相信群众,依靠群众,认真贯彻执行党的政策,这样,就能较好地解决本来认为是很难解决的问题。象这次会议,原先计划只解决水库的防洪问题,结果把另一大问题——库区的灌溉管理工作问题也解决了,而且统一了思想,加强了生产队之间的团结,促进了生产。这种“从群众中来,到群众中去”的工作方法,值得提倡。
