无痛性心肌梗塞早在1921年就有报道。心绞痛、心肌缺血发作及无痛性心肌梗塞现统称“心肌缺血综合征”。无胸痛性心肌梗塞属于临床上的无痛性冠心病Ⅱ型,在急诊工作中常易误诊。现将我院5年来急诊收治的78例无胸痛性心肌梗塞临床资料作一对比分析,探讨其发病特点及诊断问题。
Painless myocardial infarction was reported as early as 1921. Angina, myocardial ischemic attack and painless myocardial infarction are collectively referred to as “myocardial ischemia syndrome.” Atypical myocardial infarction is clinically painless coronary heart disease type Ⅱ, often misdiagnosed in emergency work. Now in our hospital for 5 years emergency treatment of 78 cases of chest pain without myocardial infarction for a comparative analysis of clinical data to explore the characteristics and diagnosis of its disease.
