From October 24 to October 25, 1991, Tianjin Numismatic Research Society held the second member conference and academic report. Zhang Jiqi, deputy secretary general of China Numismatics Society, congratulated the General Assembly. Representatives of Beijing, Inner Mongolia, Hebei and Shanxi Numismatic Institute were invited to attend the conference.
