本文对２４例膀胱移行细胞癌患者血清可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ）进行检测。结果表明，膀胱移行细胞癌患者血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平明显高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．００１），且血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ随肿瘤分期增加而增高。提示血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ可作为估价膀胱移行细胞癌患者病情严重程度与预后的一个监测指标。
In this paper, serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor (SIL-2R) was detected in 24 patients with transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. The results showed that the level of serum SIL-2R in bladder transitional cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal people (P <0.001), and the serum SIL-2R increased with the increase of tumor stage. It is suggested that serum SIL-2R may be used as a monitoring index to evaluate the severity and prognosis of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
