在颅脑手术中,对病变相关静脉(窦)的处理可能直接影响手术效果及患者的预后。因此,术前了解病变相关静脉,与了解其动脉血供等同重要。单一的二维影像有明显的局限性,通过二维影像很难掌握准确、立体、直观的手术信息。近年来,三维重建及多模式医学影像融合技术的应用为提高术前评估水平、改进手术进程、改善患者预后提供了可靠途径。本文就此作简要综述。1大脑浅静脉窦解剖
