讨论了用Cu~2+、环烷酸和吡啶萃取分光光度法测定环烷酸含量的测定条件和干扰因素并与酸碱滴定法进行了比较,分光光度法比酸碱滴定法操作简单且选择性好。当采用 1cm厚比色皿时,环烷酸浓度在1.37×10~2mol/L内成线性关系,取样量为 0. 1g左右时本方法的相对误差不大于5%,变异系数不大于 3%,在加标量为样品中环烷酸含量的1倍左右时本方法的回收率约为95%。
The determination conditions and interference factors for the determination of naphthenic acid content by Cu ~ 2 +, naphthenic acid and pyridine extraction spectrophotometry were discussed and compared with acid - base titration. The spectrophotometric method was simpler and more selective than acid - base titration it is good. When 1cm thick cuvette was used, the concentration of naphthenic acid was linear within 1.37 × 10 ~ 2mol / L, and the sampling volume was zero. The relative error of this method is not more than 5% and the coefficient of variation is not more than 3%. The recovery of this method is about 95% when the scalar quantity is about 1 times of the naphthenic acid content in the sample.
