高等职业教育是现代教育的重要组成部分,但是由于建设经验不足及体制等方面的影响,高职院校内部管理机制形成了诸多问题,推进高职院校内部管理机制改革是高职院校发展亟待解决的课题。高职院校内部管理机制改革的根本在于分权和制衡。高职院校内部管理机制改革应调整高职院校章程,明确主体权责;完善两级管理体系,修整权力机制;加强监督机制建设,促进民主监管;健全决策参与制度,协调权力关系。
