本文对12例慢性散发性非甲非乙型肝炎及12例慢性乙型肝炎的肝脏超微结构改变进行观察并比较,在两组病人的肝细胞核中均发现了20～29 nm的球形或短杆状聚集颗粒。4例非甲非乙、5例乙型肝炎中见到胞质内管网状结构。6例非甲非乙、10例乙型肝炎中见到曲状融合膜。在假狄氏间隙形成、狄氏间隙增宽方面,两组之间无显著差异。
