全国省、市、自治区图书馆学会秘书长工作会议1991年4月2—5日在四川省成都市召开。中国图书馆学会常务副秘书长丘东江、副秘书长李久琦、孔令乾同忐及省、市、自治区图书馆学会秘书长32人出席了会议。本次工作会议的主要议题是:传达中国科协关于召开中国科学技术协会第四次全国代表大会的文件;传达中共中央书记处书记温家宝同志1991年2月1日在全国部分学会秘书长座谈
National Provincial, Municipal Autonomous Region Library Association Secretary-General Work Conference April 2-5, 1991 in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Deputy Secretary-General of China Library Society Qiu Dongjiang, Deputy Secretary-General Li Jiuqi, Kong Linggan Tong 忐 and provincial, municipal and autonomous regions, 32 Secretary-General of the Library Association attended the meeting.
