以C60混凝土为材料制作试块,将其在指定升温曲线下进行过火试验,并用热电偶测量试块内部的温度场。过火试验结束后,在混凝土试块的不同位置取样进行扫描电子显微镜观测和XRD图谱分析,推测试块取样位置的过火最高温度。将推测温度同热电偶实测的温度进行对比,吻合较好。这证明火灾后通过对混凝土梁、柱、墙等构件取样进行扫描电子显微镜观测和XRD分析可以得知其过火的最高温度,从而为火灾后评估工作提供可靠的数据支持。
C60 concrete is used as a material to make a test block, which is subjected to an over-fire test under a specified temperature-rising curve, and a thermocouple is used to measure the temperature field inside the test block. After the over-fire test, samples were taken from different positions of the concrete test block for scanning electron microscopy and XRD pattern analysis to infer the over-fire maximum temperature of the test block sampling location. The presumed temperature with the thermocouple measured temperature comparison, good agreement. This proves that the maximum temperature of overheating can be obtained through scanning electron microscopy and XRD analysis of samples of concrete beams, columns and walls after fire, which can provide reliable data support for post-fire assessment.
