在气候变化和人类活动的双重作用下,各种极端洪水和干旱事件频发,重新分析确定已建水库的设计洪水对保障水库安全、充分发挥水库效益有极其重要的作用。以柘林水库为例,深入分析了历史洪水资料、频率计算、洪水调度及合理性论证,并校核了水库原设计值,为进一步研究提高水库汛限水位的可行性提供了理论基础,具有重要的现实意义和应用价值。
Under the dual action of climate change and human activities, various extreme flood and drought events are frequent. Reanalyzing and confirming that the designed flood of built reservoirs is extremely important for ensuring reservoir safety and bringing reservoir benefits into full play.
