现代社会发展需要大量具有创新精神和实践能力的人才。新型人才的培养,需要新型的教育模式。教育模式的创新要立足于本土,放眼世界,应本着“适合自己才是最好”的原则。本文从“生本课堂”、“高效课堂”、“翻转课堂”三个方面,提出对创新教育模式和培养新型人才的看法。一、生本课堂教学模式生本课堂是以“一切为了学生,高度尊重学生,全面依靠学生”的生本教育为理念课堂,学生是课堂教学主体,教师的作用是调动学生内在的积极性,组织学生主动、自主学习。
