试验监测了三种苗期除草剂(2,4-D、毒草定和草甘磷)的三种浓度(0、2、20和200微克/克)对土壤微生物生物量和微生物活性的影响。有关除草剂对土壤微生物生物量的影响的研究还很少。土壤微生物生物量作为一种高度易变养分库,在土壤生态系统中起重要作用,这种养分库周转快速,直接参与作物有效养分水平的调节。本研究旨在评价在实验室条件下三种苗期除草剂对微生物活性和微生物总生物量相对大小、以及该生物量中的细菌和真菌组分的影响。选用化学结构和药效持久性上具有代表性的毒草定、2,4-D和草甘磷作为供试除草剂。
The effects of three concentrations (0, 2, 20 and 200 μg / g) of three seedling herbicides (2,4-D, medegrant and glyphosate) on soil microbial biomass and microbial activity were monitored. Little research has been done on the effects of herbicides on soil microbial biomass. As a highly variable nutrient pool, soil microbial biomass plays an important role in the soil ecosystem. The rapid turnover of this nutrient pool is directly involved in the regulation of effective nutrient levels in crops. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of three seedling herbicides on the activity of microorganisms and the relative size of total microbial biomass and the bacterial and fungal components of the biomass under laboratory conditions. Select the representative of the chemical structure and efficacy of toxins given, 2,4-D and glyphosate as test herbicides.
