结合近几年来企业操作员工队伍建设实际,就如何适应企业“十二五”发展要求,加大技能开发工作力度,创新企业操作员工练兵比武和技能竞赛活动进行了探讨。
Combining with the construction of enterprise operation staff in recent years, this paper discusses how to adapt to the development requirements of enterprises during the “Twelfth Five-year Plan”, intensify the development of skills and innovate the competition of staff training and skill competition.
