籼稻褐稻虱抗源与不同籼、粳稻杂交,后代的抗性反应明显不同。ASD7携带的bph2及Baba-wee携带的bph4两个隐性基因,在与南京11杂交时呈显性表达,杂种F_2代分离为3R:1S。籼稻抗源与粳稻杂交,抗虱性普遍增强,杂种后代呈双基因分离,这种增强作用在与广亲和或有籼稻血缘粳稻杂交时表现明显。转育的粳稻抗源与盐粳2号、南京11、02428杂交,杂种后代的遗传方式与原籼稻同基因抗源基本一致,说明籼稻抗褐稻虱基因导入粳稻后的基因表达具有稳定性,可以在后代中遗传。
Indica brown planthopper resistance and indica hybrid rice, the offspring of the resistance was significantly different.
