本文从农民工的服务需求出发,重点探讨企业社会工作的发展模式和途径,为构建企业社会工作政策体系、推动企业社会工作发展提供参考。文章认为,企业社会工作的服务需求巨大,但是供给严重不足;企业社会工作面临认识不深入、政策体系不健全、规模小且发展不平衡、服务水平不高等问题;工会模式应该成为我国发展企业社会工作的现实选择;发展企业社会工作,必须发挥政府的主导作用,发挥民办社工机构的主体作用,发挥枢纽型社会组织的独特作用,发挥企业行业组织的推动作用。
Based on the service needs of migrant workers, this paper focuses on the development mode and ways of corporate social work, and provides reference for the establishment of corporate social work policy system and promoting the development of corporate social work. The article argues that there is a huge demand for the service of social work in enterprises, but the supply is not enough; the social work of enterprises faces not deep understanding, the policy system is not perfect, the scale is small and the development is unbalanced, and the service level is not high. The trade union mode should be the development of enterprise society in our country The realistic choice of work; to develop the social work of enterprises, we must give play to the leading role of the government, give full play to the main role of private social work agencies, give play to the unique role of hub-type social organizations and give play to the impetus of the enterprises and industry organizations.
