本文通过调查大学生性格和体态,从中寻找出与体育课教学相关的因素,进行探讨分析,并大学生体态和性格的相关性进行了分析研究,最后上述两方面内容结合体育课教学进行了小结和分析。 一、研究对象 对雁北师范学院92级、93级、94级部分学生进行有目的的问卷调查(见表1和表2)。 根据多年的教学观察、记录整理、结合问卷调查数据统计,对学生的性格和体态进行了分类,我们把胆小、自足、与别人接触中采取克服态度的列为内向性格,把开朗、善交际、不受拘束列为外向性格。从身高、体重、皮下脂肪厚度的测量中分三类体型:在标准状态中的为健壮,大于正常值的为肥胖,小于正常值的为瘦小。之后将大学生性格与体态进行比较,个性与体育教学进行分析,体态与体育教学进行分析。
Through investigating the personality and body posture of college students, this article finds out the factors related to PE teaching, explores and analyzes the correlation between body shape and personality of college students. Finally, the above two aspects are summarized and analyzed with the teaching of PE class . First, the research object Yanbian Teachers College 92, 93, 94 some students conducted a purposeful questionnaire (see Table 1 and Table 2). According to many years of teaching observation, record-keeping, and statistics of the questionnaire data, we classify the students’ personality and body posture. We take the timid, self-sufficient and take the attitude of overcoming others as introverts, , Unfettered as outgoing personality. From the height, weight, subcutaneous fat thickness measurement of three types of body: in the standard state for the robust, greater than the normal for obesity, less than the normal value for the thin.
