目的研制鼻内窥镜消毒装置,以解决耳鼻喉科内镜消毒问题。方法通过装置与化学消毒相结合的设计思路,同时满足鼻内镜材质和结构,自行设计制造鼻内镜消毒装置。结果通过选择耐腐蚀材料,按设计参数制造单向滑动控制和时间控制的自动新型鼻内镜消毒装置。该装置密封性能好,可避免消毒剂挥发泄漏,能同时处理多具鼻内镜。控制装置有效的将前后浸入的镜子进行区分不混用,保证足够浸泡消毒时间,溶液清洁,使用方便。结论该新型鼻内镜消毒装置为安全实用、处理量大、智能化、使用方便、属于节能环保的消毒装置。
Objective To develop a nasal endoscope disinfection device to solve the problem of endoscopic otorhinolaryngology endoscopy disinfection. Methods Through the combination of device and chemical disinfection design ideas, while meeting the endoscopic material and structure, to design and manufacture of endoscopic disinfection device. Results By selecting a corrosion-resistant material, an automatic new endoscopic disinfection device with one-way glide control and time control was designed according to design parameters. The sealing performance of the device is good, which can prevent the disinfectant from volatilizing and leaking, and can simultaneously process multiple endoscopic endoscopes. The control unit effectively distinguishes the front and rear mirrors from mixing, ensuring enough immersion and disinfection time, solution cleaning and easy to use. Conclusion The new endoscopic disinfection device is safe and practical, large capacity, intelligent, easy to use, are energy-saving disinfection devices.
