学生管理工作是高职院校培养合格大学生的一个重要环节,良好的学生管理工作方法能够很好的塑造大学生的各方面素质。激励机制作为企业员工管理的一种重要方法,现已广泛应用到许多其他领域。在现今的大学中,特别是高职院校中,学生在学习生活中仍然存在一些问题,比如:学习积极性不高、活动参与度不足、开拓创新能力不够等等。高职院校学生工作者必须结合学校自身特点,将学生管理与激励机制有效结合,才能更好地做学生工作,真正做到育人有道。
Student management is an important part of cultivating qualified college students in higher vocational colleges. A good student management work method can well shape all aspects of college students’ quality. Incentives, as an important method of employee management, are now widely used in many other fields. In today’s universities, especially in higher vocational colleges, students still have some problems in their study life, such as: lack of enthusiasm for learning, lack of participation in activities, insufficiency of pioneering and innovative ability, and so on. Students in higher vocational colleges must combine the characteristics of the school with the effective combination of student management and incentive mechanisms so as to be able to do better student work and truly be educated.
