在场地狭窄,地面凸凹不平等恶劣工作环境中,由于铰接转向有许多优点,已得到广泛采用。在铰接转向机构中,除极少数小型机械外,大多数采用双转向油缸对称布置方案,以使左右转向力相等。同时还可使左右转向的速度相等,重心更接近于纵轴线等等。但在制造、装配和使用中,总会有不同程度的误差或变形。因此,两个油缸绝对的对称布置是不可能的。尤其当制造误差或变形较大时,这种不对称性将表现得更为明显。这种不对称性将会对双缸铰接转向遥控产生不良影响,试分析如下。
