目的:探讨实施临床路径后对2型糖尿病患者的影响。方法:选择某三甲医院2011年前未实施临床路径和2011年实施临床路径后诊断为2型糖尿病的患者,观察比较实施临床路径前后2型糖尿病患者的平均住院日、再住院率、住院费用、药费、耗材费、检查费以及2型糖尿病治愈、好转、死亡等效果等指标有无差异。结果:实施临床路径前后2型糖尿病患者的平均住院日、再住院率、住院费用、药费、耗材费、检查费以及2型糖尿病治愈、好转、死亡等效果相比较有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论:2型糖尿病人治疗中实施临床路径可显著缩短平均住院日,降低平均住院费、药费、耗材费及检查费用,再住院率明显降低,实施临床路径后2型糖尿病治愈、好转、死亡等效果比实施临床路径前明显改善。临床路径的开展和应用,使患者在最合适的时机得到最合理的检测、诊断和治疗,大大优化医疗资源,改善治疗结局,具有临床应用价值,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective: To investigate the impact of clinical pathway on type 2 diabetes. Methods: To select patients who were diagnosed as type 2 diabetes in clinical practice before 2011 and clinical pathology in 2011 before the implementation of clinical pathway, the average length of stay, rehospitalization rate, hospitalization cost, Drugs, supplies costs, examination fees and type 2 diabetes cure, improvement, death and other indicators of whether there is any difference. Results: The average length of hospital stay, rehospitalization rate, hospitalization expenses, medical expenses, consumable expense, examination fee, and the cure, improvement and death of type 2 diabetes mellitus were significantly different between before and after the implementation of clinical pathway (P <0.01 ). Conclusion: The implementation of clinical pathways in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients can significantly shorten the average length of stay, reduce the average hospitalization expenses, medical expenses, consumables and examination costs, and significantly reduce the rate of rehospitalization. After the implementation of clinical pathways, type 2 diabetes is cured, improved and died The effect was significantly improved before the implementation of the clinical pathway. The development and application of clinical pathways enable patients to get the most reasonable detection, diagnosis and treatment at the most appropriate time, greatly optimize medical resources and improve treatment outcome, which has clinical value and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
