慢性滤泡性咽炎是咽部粘膜、粘膜下及淋巴组织弥漫性炎症 ,主要表现为粘膜充血增厚 ,咽后壁、侧索淋巴滤泡增生 ,以咽部异物感为突出表现 ,药物治疗难以收到理想的效果。局部硝酸银烧灼、液氮冷冻等方法也存在不足之处。我科于 1997年 4月以来采用激光治疗慢性滤泡性咽炎 68例
