通过研究国内外铁道车挡设计结构的优缺点,设计出一种双月牙型铁道车挡。采用两个背靠背连接月牙挡身的总体布置方式和车钩防撞缓冲橡胶的关键部件,提高了铁道车挡的安全稳定性和制动效果,并对其最大制动高度进行了理论计算。
By studying the advantages and disadvantages of the design of the railway car block at home and abroad, a double crescent-shaped railway car block is designed. The overall arrangement of two crescent bums connected back to back and the key components of the coupler impact bumper rubber improve the safety and braking effect of the railway car and the theoretical calculation of the maximum braking height.
