我所于1987年起应用河南信阳予南制药厂生产的卷曲霉素治疗12例复治菌阳的肺结核,近期疗效颇佳,现总结如下,以探讨卷曲霉素治疗对利福平、链霉素、卡那霉素、乙胺丁醇等抗结核药物产生耐药的复治菌阳病人的疗效,为今后治疗复治菌阳肺结核提供参考。对象和方法1.选例对象:①连续规则服药或不规则服药超过一年以上,且全程用过异烟肼、利福平、链霉素、卡那霉素、乙胺丁醇等抗结核药物;部分病人以前用过吡嗪酰胺。②、
