向饲料中添加复合酶制剂 ,分别经常温、6 0℃、70℃、80℃、90℃、10 0℃处理后投喂给鲤鱼 ,与不加酶的对照组做比较。研究结果表明 :复合酶制剂在 6 0～ 70℃能有效提高鱼类对蛋白质及钙、磷等矿物元素的利用率
The compound enzyme preparation was added to the feed, which was fed to the common carp at normal temperature, 60 ℃, 70 ℃, 80 ℃, 90 ℃ and 100 ℃ respectively, and compared with the control group without enzyme. The results showed that the compound enzyme preparation could effectively improve the utilization of protein and calcium, phosphorus and other mineral elements in fish at 60 ~ 70 ℃
