膀胱癌是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,极易复发,对其晚期患者缺乏有效的治疗方法。光动力学治疗(Photodynamic therapy,PDT)是近20年来兴起的一种治疗肿瘤的方法。随着激光、光纤、内镜等技术的迅速发展,光动力学治疗膀胱癌有着极大的腔内优势和美好的前景。纳米载体的应用能够大大提高靶向释药的效率和精确度以及降低毒副反应。光敏感纳米微球(photosensitized nanoparticles)在膀胱癌的光动力学治疗中具有广阔的应用前景。
Bladder cancer is one of the most common malignant neoplasms of the urinary system. It is easily relapsed and lacks an effective treatment for advanced patients. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a tumor treatment that has developed in the recent 20 years. With the rapid development of laser, optical fiber, endoscopy and other technologies, photodynamic therapy of bladder cancer has great intracavitary advantages and bright prospects. The use of nanocarriers can greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of targeted drug delivery and reduce toxicity. Photosensitized nanoparticles have broad application prospects in the photodynamic therapy of bladder cancer.
