通过对马钢板坯结晶器平均热流的分析研究,得出在马钢现有工艺条件下,合适的结晶器宽面水流量为170～175m~3/h;窄面水流量为26～27m~3/h;最大拉速不得超过1.14m/min,合适的工作拉速为1.0～1.12m/min。
Through the analysis of the average heat flux of the slab mold in Masteel, it is concluded that the suitable water flow rate of the wide face of the mold is 170 ~ 175m ~ 3 / h and the flow of narrow face water is 26 ~ 27m ~ 3 / h; the maximum pulling speed shall not exceed 1.14m / min, suitable working pulling speed is 1.0 ~ 1.12m / min.
