越南南方疟区15例携带恶性疟原虫配子体和无性体的患者分为A、B、C 3组,A组口服青蒿琥酯片5天总量600mg,B组口服青蒿琥酯片2天总量200mg,C组静脉注射青蒿琥酯5天总量360mg。给药前、后定时血检计算配子体密度,并取血离体感染大劣按蚊。配子体转阴时间,A组为15.4±5.0天,B组为20.6±4.8天,C组为20.3±4.0天。配子体失去感染性,A组D_7(给药后7天)2/5例、D_(14)5/5例;B组D_70/5例、D_(14)1/5例、D_(21)5/5例;C组D_70/5例、D_(14)2/4例、D_(21)3/3例。研究结果表明口服青蒿琥酯5天总量600mg对清除恶性疟原虫配子体血症及抑制配子体的感染性有明显影响。
15 cases of Plasmodium falciparum carrying gametophyte and asexual were divided into A, B and C 3 groups in the malaria area of southern Vietnam. A group of artesunate tablets were orally administered for 5 days for a total of 600mg, and group B was treated with artesunate tablets for 2 days. The total amount of 200mg, C group intravenous artesunate 5 days total 360mg. Pre-dose and post-dose blood tests were performed to calculate the gametocyte density, and blood was used to infect Anopheles dirus. The gametophytic transit time was 15.4±5.0 days in group A, 20.6±4.8 days in group B, and 20.3±4.0 days in group C. Gametophyte loss of infection, group A D_7 (7 days after administration) 2/5 cases, D_(14) 5/5 cases; group B D_70/5 cases, D_(14) 1/5 cases, D_(21)5 /5 cases; C group D_70/5 cases, D_(14)2/4 cases, D_(21) 3/3 cases. The results of the study showed that oral administration of artesunate for a total of 600 mg for 5 days had a significant effect on the elimination of gametoplasmemia of P. falciparum and inhibition of gametophyte infectivity.
