随着新时代的到来,市场竞争日益激烈,竞争种类日趋多元化。企业想要掌握对未来竞争与经济发展的主动权不断提高竞争力就必须要重视培养高素质的综合性人才。因此,企业在日常的管理过程中必须对人才培养提高重视,强化人力资源管理以及改进人力资源管理体制。让企业通过对于人力资源的优化来培养更多综合性的人才,使得企业实现持续、健康、有效的发展。本文以企业人力资源管理对于企业的重要性,探索当代企业人力资源管理现状,并研究如何强化企业人力资源管理制度的方式方法。以期对于企业的发展提供有利参考。
