江苏省南京市公安局白下区分局刑警大队的刑侦基础工作,主要在加强刑侦基础工作的一系列措施中,寻求重点突破,主要做法是:在刑事技术工作中,努力提高现场勘查率、痕迹物证提取率和利用率,积极开展串并案工作,从而提高整体破案效益。在刑事特情工作中,根据现实斗争的发展需要,及时调整刑事特情的结构布局,大力推进刑事特情工作,减少失控漏控现象。在刑事犯罪信息工作方面,强化利用信息意识,用足用好刑事犯罪信息,提高刑侦工作的现代化程度。1999年全区共发生各类刑事案件1319起,破获857起,破案率65％;其中重大案件发生450起,破获294起,破案率65.3％。
The basic work of criminal investigation of Interpol Brigade in Nanjing Bureau of Public Security under the jurisdiction of Baixia District of Nanjing Municipality has been to seek major breakthroughs in a series of measures to strengthen the basic work of criminal investigation. In criminal special work, according to the development needs of the real struggle, the structural arrangement of criminal special conditions should be promptly adjusted, vigorous promotion of criminal special work and reduction of out-of-control and leakage control should be eliminated. In criminal information work, strengthen the use of information awareness, make full use of criminal information, improve the degree of modernization of criminal investigation. In 1999, a total of 1319 criminal cases of various kinds occurred in the entire district, 857 cases were cracked and the detection rate was 65%. Among them, 450 cases occurred in major cases and 294 cases were cracked, accounting for 65.3% of the cases.
